Pros
CAA is an amazing company led by great and caring leaders. Dealing with the public is exhausting just like any customer-based position out there but team is supportive and offer lots of opportunities for fun contests and earning bonuses (points based).
Cons
Call centre environment is tough. Call durations are monitored and you have to hit a target for sales and calls per month. But that's everywhere in sales.
