Pros
Management is very friendly and approachable, the work from home environment is amazing and the company provided a seamless transition into this lifestyle. Good benefit package as well, I'm very happy within the company.
Cons
Stressful conversations with caa members in negative and unsafe situations can add up over the weeks, and you need to be able to handle emotion very well. Emotional labour with upset members is an inevitability in this position.
