Pros
- treated like an actual human and not just an employee number - started at the minimum salary for my position as I had no prior AB experience but was promoted with a 15k+ raise within 4 months of my start date without asking - managements consistently gives out recognition points - management is always willing and able to support - company accommodates fully remote workers and systems are solid. Rarely ever have IT issues
