      Good RRSP and health benefits

      Cons

      No work life balance, you are suppose to work 18 hours a day, or else work will pile up next day, they refuse to hire more staff. Nobody in the teams lasts, as there is no leadership.

      Work - Life balance in tact given the work is done remotely from the comfort of my home.
