      Pros

      Great place to learn different levels of risk as per underwriting manual.

      Cons

      Training for new staff was not at all what was needed to be prepared for the position. Management doesn't actively coach staff. Just sits back and judges.

      Work - Life balance in tact given the work is done remotely from the comfort of my home.

      Other than needing more hours, I cant think of any cons.
