      - medium size company, so you are not just a number. - Senior executives know their employee names from the mail room to the cafeteria to Directors and co-coordinators.

      -Not many advancement or lateral opportunities to move in the organzation

      Work - Life balance in tact given the work is done remotely from the comfort of my home.
