      -Friendly Co-Workers -Good Location -Free basic membership

      Cons

      -Very Political. There is a small circle of friends who came from Allstate and if you are not within that circle you will not get promoted. Doesn't matter your work, it is who you know. -No innovation, no opportunity to grow, low salary.

      Work - Life balance in tact given the work is done remotely from the comfort of my home.
