      open environment where ideas can freely flow and team members listen to your opinions. Managers believe in you and give you more responsibilities as you deliver results. Managers support ongoing training and value hard work.

      Cons

      it is hard to have a good life balance with all the business expectations

      Pros

      Flexibility, hours of operation, type of work to perform, relaxed environment and standards easier to meet than other fast food establishments.

      Cons

      Staffing was always difficult due to low allowed pay range, performing a lot of maintenance work yourself instead of hiring companies or your own maintenance worker and being cheap with equipment.
