Pros

The hourly guys are a good bunch.

Cons

We lost our double time, a couple weeks vacation and our insurance doubled when they bought us from dupont. And it's been down hill ever since. I've been here over three years and am working on my third boss. The incompetence level of management is staggering, and there's a total lack of accountability across the board. I get stuck working 12 to 18 hrs because of bad decisions or operator error, I'm not complaining I like the ot even if it's not double time, but nothing ever gets done about the problems. There's a total breakdown of communication. I often know what's going on before the bosses because I'm out and about in the plant talking to the operators. I could go on for ever.

Pros

Good starting salaries Good coworkers Headquarters in St. Louis is awesome

Cons

Working in HR, I see A LOT of entitlement from senior leaders. The COO is so rude to employees. CHRO sits one floor above the HR department, and I’ve only seen her on our floor one time in 3 years. The overall perception of her within HR is not a positive one. She’s very cold and impersonal - not sure if she’s human. Morale is at an all-time low. Everyone is waiting to see who will be laid off next. Starting salaries are good but comp progression year over year is laughable for anyone below director level. The company nearly doubled in size since acquiring Viterra in 2025, but business services functions like HR keeps getting hit with layoffs, so workload has doubled while teams have been cut in half.
