Pros

They're very skillful at luring competent, busy professionals to try out for a position. Let's just say they're proficient at marketing themselves, albeit at a superficial level. After this, it's all downhill at rocket speed.

Cons

Absolute lack of professional behavior, or consideration, for other people's time or competing opportunities. After a bizarre experience involving two phone interviews, and an in-person interview with ten people at this company, don't hold your breath for any sort of follow-up or even the courtesy of someone responding to an e-mail. The strangest thing is, during the interview, they'll practically roll out the red carpet and start discussing start dates with you and then... radio silence. Talk about ghosting!

Pros

Good starting salaries Good coworkers Headquarters in St. Louis is awesome

Cons

Working in HR, I see A LOT of entitlement from senior leaders. The COO is so rude to employees. CHRO sits one floor above the HR department, and I’ve only seen her on our floor one time in 3 years. The overall perception of her within HR is not a positive one. She’s very cold and impersonal - not sure if she’s human. Morale is at an all-time low. Everyone is waiting to see who will be laid off next. Starting salaries are good but comp progression year over year is laughable for anyone below director level. The company nearly doubled in size since acquiring Viterra in 2025, but business services functions like HR keeps getting hit with layoffs, so workload has doubled while teams have been cut in half.
