Horrible management, horrible workload - Anonymous employee British Council Employee Review

One of the worst companies to work for when you’re not a manager. Management team is not capable at handling people. Little to no recognition for staff who do the bulk of work. Pay was not very good and there was a huge gap between a mid-level employee and manager despite the workload being saturated in the bottom.
