CallBA's higher management comprises of 5 females instead i should call them as rulers or could be called as dictators. Rest all working under them are either the followers or they are the people who can go to any extent for their professional growth in the organization. If you are planning to join them, then i would advise you to re-think about it or should contact someone who is currently a part of the organization as you may get a better glimpse of the same. Even the British Airways Management in United Kingdom is also pissed off by CallBA. The surveys conducted by Nunwood for services provided by CallBA employees to the passengers of British Airways are pathetic in numbers. All and All Nothing to learn, in terms of work but a very good place to be at, if you are ok to do anything unethical in order to earn money and designation within the organization.
