Pros
Work life balance is not bad too bad. Work from home permitted for around 60% of the time. Salary relatively competitive for the region. Young management (depending on department) - allowing much more flexible and open working environment
Cons
Understaffed Growth opportunities are limited. R&D clearly underfunded from EU HQ, requiring to stretch developments.
