If your performance is good you are compensated accordingly. Training as much as you see fit. If it can fit with your schedule
Cons
Long hours. Hiring upper management outside the industry and not training them fully. High turnover and a work til the drop mentality. Had multiple “off the book” conversations with upper management who expect you to work 60-80hrs per week to potentially get bonus. They want you to live I. The building with zero help. It’s your business when it’s bad and theirs when good
