Pros
-They take you to Chicago for a week with all of the other interns for training -You put on a grassroots sales event at the end of the summer which is a great thing for your resume -competitive pay $15 an hour -Learn more about automotive industry - get discounts on tires and car servicing
Cons
- Management is much more concerned with their own sales than teaching you the business processes -you are essentially just a Firestone employee for the summer - The only job they will offer you after graduation is working at a Firestone as a sales associate -Stand the ENTIRE day -Often a lot of internal drama with management/sales team/technicians makes for awkward atmosphere
