Some really great people on the Team. Donations of land for conservation. Close ties to Nashville Predators Hockey Team.
Cons
CQO utilizes stone age principles of management. Hired bully to “shape up” the Team. Fear based culture. Lack of character among key Leaders. Very high attrition. Losing key talent. Code of conduct is just words, and not enforced. Senior HR is too closely tied to CQO, and lacks principles.
