Pros
The teammates are great. There are a lot of business units to support.
Cons
The compensation isn’t great and they don’t do merit based compensation changes. There not really any motivation to crush it, as raises are based on the market. Change is constant here. Within the last 12 months, there has been voluntary separation programs, lay offs, return to office mandates and various leadership and team restructures. Nothing feels consistent here, leaving you with a constant feeling of “is this the week I lose my job”
