Near Fenway. Wide range of departments and mobility. Free classes. Currently trying to fix multiple systemic and hereditary problems all at once.
Cons
Fractured administration. Antiquated IT systems and no technical support. Under-staffed at the bottom, over-staffed at the top. Pay is not competitive with other local universities or appropriate for the cost of living. 2.5% annual merit increases.
