Pros

1. Amazing work life balance. No one will ping you after 5. There is no work pressure. 2. The new campus is amazing. Perfect location and tasty food. The workspace team and office managers are doing a great job. 3. A lot of things to learn in tech. Most of the teams are working towards tech modernisation. New services are being developed using Java language. 4. Clear objectives for the team. You are well aware of the business goals and everyone is working towards a common objective. 5. Managers are doing a great job. They listen to everyone and they have weekly 1-1 meetings with the team members. 6. A lot of perks like free food, bike scheme, travel allowance and many more. Overall, I think Booking.com is the best place to work in Netherlands.

Pros

People are great, I have created amazing connections and friendships along the way. Fun work environment we work hard but are able to play harder. Global reach, often connecting with people around the world.

Cons

Not much mobility and constant change. Hard to be stable in that kind of environment. Many times the plan is not fully complete before expecting execution and very siloed creating duplication of effort and work.
