- very nice work culture and people - beautiful campus facility - investments in R&D contribute to a strong pipeline - it's a responsible company and takes this commitment seriously

- the way the company acts is at odds with its stated 'behaviors', especially for decision making (very slow) and innovate and drive change (very risk averse) - since the company is privately held, it doesn't face investor pressures - leads to some complacency and lack of competitiveness - very inward facing - very rigid HR process that limits professional development
