      Cons

      Leadership changes in recent years has resulted in significant decline in workplace culture. Workload issues are at all all time high and leadership does nothing tangible to address the issue despite it becoming increasingly worse.

      I don’t know what happened but the site was very different than last time. A lot of toxicity from leadership. Refusing to address issues and place the blame on the employees.
