      Loved my job and the people I worked with. Good pay and yearly bonus.

      Cons

      Constant change, Constant reorganizations. Internal candidates are not treated well when open roles are posted. Often they are ghosted. Favoritism plays huge role in job promotions, even lateral moves.

      I don’t know what happened but the site was very different than last time. A lot of toxicity from leadership. Refusing to address issues and place the blame on the employees.
