Pros
The company has had great success and rapid growth, so there are frequently new things going on and new things to learn. New CEO has a vision for the company, and seems willing to let skilled people guide the company to reach that vision.
Cons
Change is always tumultuous and this is no different. There is a lot of uncertainty surrounding the path forward and moral is at an all time low. Communication is lacking, and what is communicated from management feels obfuscated by business speak and buzzwords without a whole lot of relevant meat. The opportunity for advancement is pretty minimal, once you get into a position other than the warehouse or call center, you have very little upward mobility.
