Leadership needs training. “Squeaky wheels” get rewarded. Growth/promotions are super slow if not non-existent all together unless you are in the click. Favoritism is a common practice. 20% of animators get opportunity and reward while the other 80% get scraps. Constant story rewrites, the studio is proud to be scrappy rather than refined and efficient. Waste way too much money. Stories are rather shallow and development suffers from the constant re-writes and mismanaged expenses.
