Pros
Decent pay and a good variety of shifts. Met some awesome people and the company did offer some good incentives sometimes. Good benefits package.
Cons
No work life balance. You get a lot of vacation but you are not able to take it when you want to and you end up losing it. Strict work environment. Employees are treated like children and are being micro-managed. Promotions are not done fairly. The same people always receive rewards and promotions. Little involvement from supervisors in career development. High stress work environment caused by management and intimidation tactics that are sometimes used. Lots of people have gotten sick and the ambulance had to come out due to people feeling like they are not allowed to miss work because of the strict adherence policy.
