Pros
The company is working on some amazing products that will change lives- its easy to get behind the mission. To it's credit, the company puts the patient at the center of decision making. With success, the company has resources and uses them to provide a great roster of benefits. The place is very female-friendly with more than 50% of the workforce female.
Cons
There is way too much going on. With changing leadership, changing product mix, and changing priorities, the company is swirling. The churn limits opportunities for career growth and development- no one knows what they will be working on over the next year which means they don't know how to staff their teams. People get pigeon holed in their roles and its hard to find new opportunities in the company. Managers do not make time for informational chats so its hard to know what's out there.
