Pros
Team members from IT, billing, office support, recruiting, etc. were great to work with and worked very hard, sometimes under very difficult conditions either in the corporate office or in the field. Many great clinicians and educators on the team. Founders are high-quality individuals with excellent experience and interpersonal skills.
Cons
Personal issues or "dislike" cited often as a reason why another member of the team has fallen out of favor by the Senior Executive (not the founders) and is stated openly. Standard HR principles with regards to communication, nepotism, and performance management are not followed or of any importance based on high turnover rates both voluntary and involuntary.
