Lack of career development, very much Chinese culture in the admin & management area despite a German company with MNC status (do not be surprised with meeting conducted in mandarin if you are the odd one out), super non-friendly ERP system to work with (very restricted in terms of innovation), not a place to change paradigm & culture, Sales driven "keep selling" is the main goal - KPI setting based on company profitability, regardless you work hard or not everyone gets the same mark.
