Pros

- Usually chill - Tasks are relatively easy to complete - A LOT of downtime - Flexible hours/shifts - Ability to choose days to work

Cons

- Management (or lack there of) - little to no care about part time employees - Questionable competency of upper management - Blatant favoritism towards "golden child" employees - Poor marketing strategies - HEAVY reliance on paper ad that gets thrown out every week - HEAVY reliance on emails - Horrible/Non-existent HR - Conflicts DO NOT get resolved - If you are seasonal, you will NOT get a raise despite if you retain the knowledge - Extremely strict corporate rules (only applies to part timers) - A LOT of downtime (you will get bored) - Selling TEMU level products - It takes a stupid amount of stuff to get disciplined - One person in management leaving the company throws a wrench throughout the ENTIRE DISTRICT
