      Pros

      People do move up the ladder if you know the right people. The majority of the promotions are kept in house.

      Cons

      Pay is a joke and they do EVERYTHING they can keep from paying you benefits. They will work you full time hours but claim they cant hire anyone full time. The top of the ladder is full of your typical white males who are so against change and anyone trying to invoke it.

      No work-life balance E-teams I had to close Two of the stores.
