Pros

401K, vacation days, pay sick day

Cons

Even if you excel and do many extra work compare to other coworkers you won’t get payed well with what you believe you deserve. I was praised a lot by my colleagues but that didn’t help in feeling I was worth based on my paycheck. When covid hit many of the upper people had the opportunity to work from home and receive extra benefit for working at home except for some employees. They were obligated in working at the office even with the risk of getting infected. That’s how much they really care about their employees. Big 5 please do better in treating your employees all equally.
