      Friendly company that definitely cares about the surrounding community, offered decent and flexible hours, cared about customers and customers would frequently return

      Cons

      Questionable staff & management, inferior products (compared to other sporting goods stores), have to wear slacks and a tie every day to work, routine job functions

      Pros

      Most employees were really fun to work with, life/work balance was great, taught me good life skills, good first job for work experience.

      Cons

      Barely got scheduled (pretty sure my location was way over employed), occasional rude and entitled costumers (especially during the holidays), could get very slow and boring at times, sketchy area, overal, not a great job if you're looking for something that pays well.
