False Job Description/ No Breaks - Manager Trainee Big 5 Sporting Goods Employee Review

Pros

Decent start pay, $16 hourly. 40 hour work week. Good benefits.

Cons

Mislead about the job, instead of training to be a store manager. My daily task was consistent stocking, while not being trained for management duties. Part time associates were giving me my daily tasks. Manager trainee is not a position, you’re a sales associate.
