Pros

They have a good management training system to teach you multiple aspects of business and retail management. You will do everything from clean the bathrooms and unloading a truck shipment to managing the store's cash flow, ordering supplies, creating employees schedules and merchandising.

Cons

Their culture doesn't match the product. It's a discount sporting goods store, but they require their employees to wear a shirt and tie like it's a high end clothing retailer. ?? There isn't an incentive program in place, so pretty much everyone is just going through the motions and waiting their time for openings to happen.
