Pros

Worked around school schedule, paid slightly above minimum wage wage

Cons

Only got a 25 cent raise after 1yr, was put on schedule for 3 days a week even though agreed to only 2 days/wk when hired, was treated poorly when asked for (unpaid) time off after a year. They do not make sure employees get breaks.
