Build lasting friendships with co-workers, discounts, learning more about outdoors/sports, building thick skin because the customer isn't always right and you'll be balancing that every shift.

Cons

At the district level, store management promotions are from within, which is great, but it's often out of desperation to fill positions and the person promoted isn't qualified to lead
