Very comfotable place to work, don't force you to work extra hours,if you work well for 7 years, you get permanent status, after which it is almost impossible to fire you and it also gives additional benefits and an even larger increase in salary
Cons
small starting salary compared to other companies, but every year you can ask for an increase the salary, if you work well they will provide it to you
