Pros

Flexible shifts, big organized company, lots of possible bonuses, possible ways to earn a raise or better position. Taxi on the house after 21 and in weekends. Payed initial course. Support and advice from the beginning.

Cons

Hard, soul consuming grinding work of telephony support with customers, SLA bezeq-consumers conflicts resolutions. Little possibilities of advancement and strong concurrence among many workers. Non flexible organization policies, cutting edges at software level of and removing helping tools from technical support staff. For example removing programs that help you manage customer routers and putting instead of software that is not versatile as it predecessor.
