Pros
i have had the pleasure of working with some of the most talented people in our field thanks to overstock. unfortunately, many of those individuals are leaving and moving toward opportunities where they will be better appreciated and have the flexibility to do their jobs well.
Cons
people are leaving left and right because of poor management. when executives have been confronted with these negative feelings, they talk around the problem and use a lot of buzzwords and attempt to be "inspirational". employees have been clear about what they want/need to have a positive relationship with the company, but they have blatantly said they "will not being doing that". having burnout is celebrated and feeling valued as a contributor is scoffed at.
