Senior leadership has gone back on commitments they have made from time to time. They seemed great when things were going well but haven't done well when things have gotten hard. Hard times are the real test of a person's character and senior leadership has shown their true character. It is a tough place to work right now because macro-economic conditions have affected the company. They are cutting back on everything and are trying to delay more lay-offs which appear to be on the horizon. Pay was decent until inflation made it feel too low.
