      Pros

      On a great collaborative team, high level of psychological safely and many opportunities to grow and learn with others. Benefits are pretty good and you get plenty of time off. The outlook is bright for overstock.

      Cons

      Things started kind of rough with my tenure, two rounds of layoffs in the first 6 months, many resignations at the C level, culminating with the CEO. But after that things have progressively improved each quarter since then.

      Pros

      Coworkers are my main reason for coming back daily, I'd hate to let them down.

      Cons

      Toxic ceo is more focused on being confrontational than productive. The consensus in his town hall meetings is to 'keep your head down, avoid direct eye contact, do not ask questions'. He's focusing on building the upper management team while regular layoffs of people who actually do the heavy lifting is reducing our actual output.
