Pros
The company takes open honest feedback from employees and has remained very transparent and trustworthy in my time working here. I really admire the culture cultivated and the value Overstock see’s in their employees.
Cons
I don’t feel like there is a great career path laid out for me. Definitely one that I have had to do the majority of “asking” for opportunity. However, when I do, it is typically accepted with open ears.
