Pros
Most of my teams were so great, really sweet people. Was given the opportunity to take on cool projects and new career. If you land the right boss, team, and product, it's a sweet gig. Still miss the clinic. By far the best perk.
Cons
Workload was nuts. Workaholic culture. If you get help, it's a part-time resource that you have to develop, train and manage yourself on top of your work. Meeting volume out of control.
