      Pros

      Lots of opportunities to learn and grow in development. I see a lot of collaboration as well. Things are moving in a positive trajectory and to more of a Dev Ops culture. We are already CI/CD and continually improving. Great bonus plan this year.

      Cons

      The company is doing well and we are busy -- getting approvals to go out and hire are a bit difficult. We are moving towards Dev Ops and agile and need to hire people to help us with that, and the slowness of that transition has something to do with this.

      Pros

      Coworkers are my main reason for coming back daily, I'd hate to let them down.

      Cons

      Toxic ceo is more focused on being confrontational than productive. The consensus in his town hall meetings is to 'keep your head down, avoid direct eye contact, do not ask questions'. He's focusing on building the upper management team while regular layoffs of people who actually do the heavy lifting is reducing our actual output.
