      Competitive pay, good benefits, company doing better financially.

      Cons

      The company culture is still recovering from the days of past executives. This can create an environment where coworkers aren't seen as teammates. There seems to be a lot of stand-offishness and difficulty in communicating. The company is succeeding financially, but various aspects of the culture within certain departments can make for toxic situations.

      Pros

      Coworkers are my main reason for coming back daily, I'd hate to let them down.

      Cons

      Toxic ceo is more focused on being confrontational than productive. The consensus in his town hall meetings is to 'keep your head down, avoid direct eye contact, do not ask questions'. He's focusing on building the upper management team while regular layoffs of people who actually do the heavy lifting is reducing our actual output.
