the diversity - but the appearance of some employees could be more professional - like one hair color - and pants pulled up on the waist - (no cracks please)
Cons
Echocontact 3 is subpar - it doesn't allow you to tell how long you have been on a break - it duplicates ADP time mgt - in my opinion Aveya is a much better and time efficient phone system and WFM - appears to have way to much power, their responsibility is to oversee scheduling do control ones life - the system they use changes schedules constantly and arbitrarily without notice at time and expects people to change their schedules - putting in a system were you bid on a specific schedule and keep it for 3 months at a time without changing it would help alot - WFM forgets that life happens and they act and appear and have way to much power and have a horrible reputation - not to mention the emails we constantly get when we are in wrap up to long (according to WFM) its disruptive and really annoying when you are trying to help a customer - the call center is so far away from civilization - we need ice machines -
