Pros
The best part of working here is that there is a very friendly atmosphere. I like most of the people I work with, and my immediate supervisors have always been good people. The benefits are pretty good, not as good as they used to be, but still not bad.
Cons
I know that most people who do what I do get paid quite a bit more, but I hang on thinking that one day I'll get paid what I'm worth. I've had a hard time trying to prove that not anyone can do what I do as well as I do, and management often sends the message that we can easily be replaced, even if they don't intend to.
