      Pros

      Promotion from within. Good opportunities to grow professionally. They are always looking at new technologies that can help the company technically and sales wise. Management is in touch with the teams and team members. They really try to make reasonable project schedules and understand that people have lives and families outside of work. Quality of life is one of the best reasons to work at Overstock.com

      Parking could be better :)

      Pros

      Coworkers are my main reason for coming back daily, I'd hate to let them down.

      Cons

      Toxic ceo is more focused on being confrontational than productive. The consensus in his town hall meetings is to 'keep your head down, avoid direct eye contact, do not ask questions'. He's focusing on building the upper management team while regular layoffs of people who actually do the heavy lifting is reducing our actual output.
