Pros
This company cares more about people (e.g. their customers, their employees, the community, our country, even other countries or cultures) then any other company I have ever worked for. They embrace all types of people and encourage diversity. Even with such a veriety of people working here, everyone still gets along and is happy to come to work everyday. They empower their employees to do what they feel is right for the customer and the company instead of setting ridgid rules. I have worked here for just over a year and already this is home. I love my job!
Cons
As with any customer service job it can be difficult or trying to handle at times, however, less so here then any other customer service job I have had.
