Excelente plan de beneficios que está en constante revisión para mejorar. Salarios por encima de la media del mercado y continuos aumentos por inflación. Oportunidad de desarrollo profesional y académico. Muy buen ambiente laboral, tanto los líderes como los compañeros brindan contención y acompañamiento. Muchas cooperación en el equipo. Oportunidades de innovación y mejora. Actividades recreativas con el equipo y actividades de bienestar. Metodología híbrida flexible, algunos trabajan full-remoto y algunos híbrido (80 p-20 r).

Pros

- International colleagues. - The product has a lot of potential.

Cons

- Extremely toxic environment tolerated and encouraged by the CEO. Horrific scenes like colleagues screaming at each other was seen as something normal. - Upper managament with zero experience on key positions, leading their areas with lots of bad decisions, pointing fingers and bureaucracy. - Poor decision making generated all talent to either be fired by not agreeing with what was being done or leaving the company. - The company didn't fulfill their commitment with what was written in the job offer in terms of bonus and other benefits.
